Returns Policy

Returns

Customers can return Order Items or Part Cores within thirty (30) days of receiving an order. All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

1. Items Eligible for Return:

Product Returns:

  • Items must be new, in their original, unmarked, undamaged packaging. 
  • Items returned must include all original materials, hardware, parts, instructions, etc.
  • Core Returns:

  • Core returns must be the exact original equipment part the new part replaced.
  • Core returns require the OE core label/decal and the core needs to be returned in the OE box from the new replacement part.

  • 2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been installed
  • Items damaged during installation
  • Items that have been disassembled or altered in any way
  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Electrical items that have been plugged in and/or installed
  • Auto body parts

    4. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

    All returned items require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our Customer Support Team. The following items may be requested:

    1. Order or invoice number
    2. Name
    3. Address
    4. Phone number
    5. Email address
    6. Part number(s)
    7. Reason for the return

    Please Note: The Customer Support Team may also request photos of the part(s) prior to issuing an RMA.

    5. Pack and Ship Your Return

    When packing an item for return, please ensure that all items are suitably packaged for transit to avoid any damages upon return. 

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    6. Get Your Refund

    The amount refunded will be calculated based on the original purchase price of the item minus the restocking fee (15%). Refunds will be made to the original method of payment for the order. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to fully process.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please click here to submit a cancellation request.

    Please Note: Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled. Customers may incur a 15% cancellation fee for part(s) that were special-ordered from the manufacturer.

    Damaged & Defective Merchandise Policy 

    If you receive an item that has sustained damage due to shipping or has a manufacturer defect, contact us immediately.

    Damaged Items:
  • If you received a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt
  • Photos of damaged items and original packaging materials may be requested
  • Defective Items:
  • If an item is deemed to have a manufacturer defect, please notify us within 30 days of receipt
  • A vehicle diagnostic report from the dealership reflecting the fault code is required
  • We may require return of the item to test and confirm correct functionality of part
  • Photos of defective items and original packaging materials may be requested
