• Description: AAE Remanufactured Electric Power Steering Racks are inspected, rebuilt, tested, proven and carefully packaged in the USA, leading to one of the lowest warranty rates in the industry. All of our cores are inspected for damage and are only chosen after meeting our strict selection criteria. Each unit is then disassembled, cleaned, shot-peened, and has all wear components replaced to restore OE performance and finish. To ensure a long and problem free life on belt driven racks, the belt is replaced, harmonically balanced and tensioned to OE specifications. Finally, the core is cleared of any internal faults, is cycled numerous times and vehicle simulation tested to ensure proper function.
